From Cyprus’s iconic zivania to pioneering gin and Commandaria-cask whisky, our spirits are distilled, blended, matured or bottled at the estate.
The spirits
Our working distillery brings together copper-pot distillation, botanical blending, Commandaria-cask maturation and small-batch bottling.
Kingfisher Gin
Cyprus’s first gin, introduced in 2019 and still made at LionSpirit. Twenty-eight Cypriot botanicals, each distilled separately with juniper before blending. Citrus zest, lavender and rose, rosemary and mint.

Nine Cypriot botanicals, softer and rounder than the London Dry. Good with tonic and a slice of orange.

Cyprus whisky, matured in Commandaria casks at LionSpirit in Kato Platres. 94 points, Liquid Gold Award and “Surprise of the Year” in Jim Murray’s Whisky Bible 2023. A Troodos mountain spirit with an ancient wine’s soul.
